The Armer family has two choices: fight (in court) or sign a disclaimer to have Darla put to sleep. Jenny says she has to fight because Darla is Maddison’s best friend.Darla alerts Jenny if Maddison is having any problems at home. It is also possible that after tests and observations that Darla could be placed on an exemption list.
